It was such a fortifying thing just to hear someone who knows something about financial planning say "it's possible". Thanks for re-enforcing my own knowledge that life's not about the salary you earn.
I will start working on the advice you've given me. Really appreciate the tips and direction. Glad to be on the mailing list and I'll definitely be asking for your services when I'm back in my super suit and feeling like taking on the world again!

I recently purchased my first investment property and the process was especially simple due to the help of The Selector Group.
The Selector Group has built relationships in all areas of the Real Estate Business & Industry.
They can refer you to the Solicitors, Mortgage Insurance Brokers and may even have knowledge of available properties for you to potentially purchase.
The property I bought was through a Building Company that they work closely with.
The Selector Group also have great relationships with the staff at their local banks in Crows Nest.
I was extremely impressed with the effort made by Tim Russell on firstly the loan application itself, determining what loan best suit me & exactly what I could afford to re pay.
The constant enthusiasm shown by Tim and his persistence in ensuring that I stayed 'excited' during the looking process was inevitably valuable.
All I needed to do during the whole process was basically supply my income documents and personal details, check out the property, go to the solicitors, set up my bank account with Tim's help and then pick up the keys.
I could not recommend this organisation enough. They will give correct investment advice, will treat you with respect and honesty and will reply to all of your enquiries regardless of how miniscule they may be.
The Selector Group could not have built the trusting relationships they have with related industry businesses unless they proved themselves a reliable and professional business module.

Just wanted to mention that my conveyancer, Naomi, commented today on the dealings she has had with Jaryd.
She said that normally when dealing with finance brokers, she has had to chase them up and often they are hard to get a hold of. Often they often don't return calls and plenty of times, have not had all the necessary paperwork completed, and on time.
She made a point of saying that I have a very thorough finance broker who is good at what he does and likes to dot his 'i's, and cross his 't's. She said how refreshing it was to deal with someone who is 'on the ball'.
From my side (as the consumer - and I am happy to pay for his services), Jaryd has been fabulous. At no stage has he left me feeling like I am a novice in finance (even though I feel like I am). He has provided me with good advice, prompt service and a friendly manner. Nor has he made me feel like a pest with all my questions!
I would like to give Jaryd a little something - can you let me know what his drink of choice is?
